Job Title: Inventory Control

Reports To: Director of Operations


Summary: The inventory control role is responsible for the accurate fulfillment of clients’ orders. Including purchasing, inventory counts, replacing, repairing and/or tracking down product left at venues.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Conducts Bi annual, monthly and cycle inventory Counts
  2. Maintains inventory threshold for warehouse supplies and other consumable sales items
  3. New product Purchasing and/or sourcing specific products
  4. Creating PO’s
  5. Creating New Item files for new products
  6. Purchasing of Linen
  7. Working with other rental companies to subrent items to fulfill orders
  8. Closing of return rental contracts
  9. Contacting and working with customers to locate missing items and/or generate invoices
  10. Manage database of inventory
  11. Audit of existing product to determine when it needs to be repainted, replaced or repaired
  12. Problem solving overbook issues


Requirements

Skills:

Must read, write and speak English

Planning, Organization and follow ups

Time management and understanding of deadlines a must

Understand and follow detailed instructions and procedures

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel

This role requires a highly accurate, detailed and resourceful individual


Education/Experience:

2- 3 years of inventory experience required

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Prior experience in a rental field a plus

Experience in photography/Photoshop/illustrator a plus
