**We're offering Ride and Slide Operators a $1,000 bonus for joining us on the adventure of a lifetime! Team members working as a Ride or Slide Operator will earn $250 of their bonus after completing all initial training and working 80 hours during the operation of Holiday World & Splashin' Safari and $250 after working 300 hours for the season. If you work through and including Labor Day Weekend plus have no more than 3 missed shifts for the season, that can be DOUBLED up to $1,000**
In 2022, our quest begins as we search for candidates who want to uncover their adventure of a lifetime as Seasonal Ride or Slide Operators at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. As a Seasonal Ride or Slide Operator, the discoveries you make on our award-winning team as you journey through FUN is what leads our Guests to embark on their own adventure full of memories, season after season.
No prior experience is required. We provide all of the training.

How You'll Make A Difference:Our Destination is Making a Difference each day at our park. Our Holiday World & Splashin' Safari Attractions department offers Ride and Slide Operators a unique adventure to that destination for their Team Members. While all adventures may be different, they ALL come together as one journey from, through, and to FUN! Our teamwork is the foundation of our Guests' Experience, and each Team Member leads a discovery of an exceptional memory.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs (infrequently)

• Able to see and hear attractions/riders/participants to identify concerns & respond as trained

• Able to stand for the duration of shift

• Able to work outdoors in all types of weather, including hot days in the sun
