HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR
Description

  

The Human Resource Specialist will be exposed to all human resources procedures and assists with task throughout all areas of the HR department. The main duties include providing benefit and policy administrative support to employees, assisting the HR manager, and aiding with payroll processing functions. 

  

  • Answer the phone – Reception Desk for Corporate office / answer benefit and payroll questions
  • Continuously monitor emails and respond in a timely manner
  • Knowledgeable of basic skills relative to office administration 
  • Administrative / Record keeping of all benefits
  • Administer yearly required HR reports  
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding 
  • Prepare and mail out New Hire packets
  • Employee Relations 
  • Responsible for filing and mailing year end documents
  • Payroll and payroll tax processing 
  • Benefit billing reconciliation with participant enrollment


Requirements

  Required Requirement

  • Completion of High School
  • Two year Human Resource experience
  • Knowledgeable of basic computer skills with experience with word documents and excel 
  • Must possess personal qualities related to respect for the rights and confidentiality of others
  • High-level organizational skills with an accurate attention to detail
  • The ability to follow and develop processes
  • Affability and punctuality
  • Problem- solving skills
  • Must possess strong communication skills
