Jays Famous is seeking a Kitchen Prep Cook position to assist with food prep,  keep areas clean, and support the kitchen staff. This role is part of a great team and culture of Pen Mart, Jays Famous, and May Brands Dunkin!

Job duties for the position includes: 

• Prep      and prepare foods as assigned
• Dish      up food and/or assist in food preparation as requested
• Notify      supervisor of needed supplies and equipment malfunctions
• Maintain      a clean, orderly, and safe kitchen environment
• Clean/sanitize      equipment, floors, drains, storage area and sinks
• Soak      and clean pots and pans, as directed
• Store      food properly and follow all food safety guidelines
