Job Purpose

Responsible for the repair and upkeep of the facility and its machinery.

Essential Functions

1. Perform preventative (PM) maintenance tasks on company equipment.
2. Execute timely hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machine repairs per work orders.
3. Perform routine maintenance around the building.
4. Repair plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
5. Work on low voltage electrical issues.
6. Perform hazardous communication audits and address potential safety hazards.
7. Practice and maintain efficient housekeeping.
8. Other duties as assigned

Additional Responsibilities

1. Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
2. Compliance and understanding of ISO 14001:2015 by participating in the annual EMS training on environmental aspects and their impacts.
3. Compliance and understanding of IATF-16949 by participating in the annual training.
4. Compliance and understanding of safety rules and regulations by participating in annual training.

Education, Experience and Competencies

1. Prior maintenance experience in a similar role is required.
2. High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
