Helping The Right People Be In The Right Place At The Right Time
At Byron Wellness Community, quality resident care starts with having the right team in place.
As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll work closely with nursing leadership and frontline staff to ensure schedules are organized, coverage needs are met, and employees have the support they need to be successful.

What You'll Do
As a Staffing Coordinator, you'll help ensure appropriate staffing coverage and support daily nursing operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining staffing schedules and employee contact information
- Coordinating monthly nursing schedules and shift coverage
- Assisting employees with scheduling forms, requests, and staffing questions
- Monitoring attendance, tardiness, and staffing needs
- Working closely with the Director of Nursing and nursing leaders to address scheduling concerns
- Posting schedules, worksheets, and staffing updates
- Assisting with new employee orientation scheduling and coordination
- Supporting in-service training and education recordkeeping
- Maintaining staffing records and required documentation
- Assisting with administrative projects and reports as needed
- Supporting efficient daily nursing operations
Most importantly, you'll help ensure residents have the care they need by supporting the team members who provide it.

Full time available
Every other weekend and rotating holidays required
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, at a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
