Come inspire the next generation of dancers with us!

1. Communicate matters of importance to the Program Manager in a timely manner. 

2. Develop and implement lesson plan for each program meeting. 

3. Assist with planning for the Spring Dance Recital. 

4. Communicate regularly and effectively with parents. 

5. Display positive and effective leadership skills to all participants. 

6. Attend staff meetings as requested. 

7. Uphold appropriate recreation and Dance program operations procedures in accordance with District policy. 

8. Uphold safety and risk management procedures as applicable to the recreation operation and District policy. 

9. Uphold customer service standards in accordance with recreation operation and District policy. 

10. Maintain an organized and clean program and storage area. 

11. Distribute program evaluations prior to program completion. 

12. Develop and prepare brochure information according to prescribed deadlines. 

13. Assist in the development and planning of special events and programs. 

14. Report condition and inventory of supplies and equipment as necessary.

15. Other duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
