Our large towing and transport business is looking for a Weekend Dispatcher to add to the team at our Cedar Rapids, IA location. We are looking for an energetic and charismatic individual who thrives in customer-oriented environments. The right candidate will be friendly and approachable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interactions, and a proven sales ability is a must to drive success in our team. 

Duties will include:

· Dispatching calls to team of drivers

· Handling customer and driver requests or issues

· Communicating and working well with the team

· Adjusting confidently as needed 

· Answering phones and helping customers

· Inputting data for calls

Schedule:

· Monday to Thursday – 6:30pm - 6:30am 

Pay:

Pay will be based on experience
