An experienced Machine Operator with CNC Swiss and Horizontal Milling Machines. Set up equipment to the established methods and procedures according to production floor travelers, blueprints and instructions from a Machine Specialist or Supervisor. Must be quality conscious and have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities to include:
• Set up Machine to print
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Send new program to machine

Tooling
• Make tool list
• Sharpen tools
• Preset tools
• Put new tools into machines

Specialty Operations
• Get machines out of alarm
• Edit programs
• Remove and save programs to computer

Miscellaneous
• Fill in job order
• Perform daily paperwork
• Perform scrap transactions
• Troubleshoot

2-3 years prior experience as a Machinist.
