Job Outline


Position:  Leasing Consultant


Reports to: Community Manager 


Job Location: Metro Atlanta, Georgia


Job Summary:  

The Leasing Consultant is Walton Communities’ representative to all Residents and Prospects ensuring that all have an experience unlike any other. The focus of this role is on marketing, sales, resident relations, and building community. 


Education & Certifications:

College Degree or sales/service/hospitality experience required.


Experience:

Previous sales & customer service experience preferred.

Strong computer skills required including Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand / walk for extended period if needed. Must be able to drive a golf cart. Must be able to walk up three flights of stairs. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
