What you will do:
Responsible for operating manual and CNC machinery with some assembly and hand work.
- Setups made by Machinists and instructions given on operation procedures.
- Work may be of fairly close tolerance in nature, but operation responsibility limited due to nature of tooling setups and machine arrangements.
- Under close supervision and subject to strict process inspection procedures.
- Process all necessary documentation and paperwork for processes completed.
- Load and unload parts into machines manually or by the means of mechanical lifting devices.
- Responsible for packing, stacking on skids and counting parts.
- Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures.
- Comply with all quality, safety, and sanitation regulations.
What knowledge/experience we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic mathematics
- Quality check experience
- Use of measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices.

- During the performance of his/her work duties, the incumbent will be required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds such as moving parts from material storage and moving parts in and out of work area.
Work Environment:
The employee works in a factory environment and is occasionally exposed to wet, humid conditions and toxic or caustic chemicals. He/she is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is loud.
