Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional health education experiences through onsite seminars, wellness booths, webinars, cooking demonstrations, fitness competitions, and other wellness events.
  • Engage event participants with approachable, informative, and motivating health education conversations.
  • Serve as the primary day-of point of contact at assigned client and partner events, helping ensure event goals are met and client satisfaction remains high.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and high-energy presence while representing FX Well’s mission and brand.
  • Ensure appropriate safety practices and proper form are followed during fitness competitions and wellness activities.
  • Travel as needed to assigned wellness events; coordinate equipment, materials, and prize pick-up and drop-off before and after events.
  • Support virtual wellness programming remotely, as assigned.
  • Build strong relationships with event participants, clients, and fellow wellness professionals.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FX Well’s wellness services and capabilities.
  • Problem-solve independently and adapt quickly to meet event needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Current health and wellness certification required, such as CHES, NBHWC, RD, or a related credential.
  • Experience delivering presentations, facilitating wellness programming, or leading health-focused conversations in a professional setting preferred.
  • Strong passion for health, fitness, and helping others live healthier lives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organization, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, professional, client-ready transportation required.
  • Ability to travel to assigned event locations, as needed.
