Our Residential Department currently has a Full-Time 40-hour Director of Residential position available. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday. Hours will vary due to the needs of the programs and on-call responsibilities. The rate of pay is $66,000.00 annually. Salaried/OT exempt position. The Director of Residential will oversee residential programs as assigned and will supervise Residential Managers, Assistant Residence Managers, and Direct Support Professionals. The Director of Residential will be responsible for ensuring all programs on their caseload are effective and operational. This position’s caseload is based out of Warren-Washington Counties.

- 18 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
- To secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC.
- High School Diploma or GED required. College transcripts may be used in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED with 5 years supervisory experience; Associate’s Degree with 3 years supervisory experience; OR a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of supervisory experience.
