Bowling Alley Counterperson
Description

· Answer the phone in a courteous manner, identifying yourself and the bowling alley.

· Communicate reservation rates, policies and procedures.

· Operate POS system (open, close, set and cycle lanes, enter food orders, take payments, count change, etc.).

· Serve Alcohol.

· Stock, organize and maintain beer and walk-in coolers.

· Maintain Dry Storage room organization and cleanliness.

· Clean approaches and bowler's areas, including touch pads.

· Maintain Restrooms: Ensure sanitation and cleanliness, Stock paper towels, toilet tissue and hand soap.

· Run food to guests, refill drinks, and ensure all guest's needs are attended to.

· Wipe down guest garbage cans, empty during shift as needed.

· Fill and maintain the chip rack and candy counter.

· Clean and Sanitize guest tables and chairs/barstools after every use and as needed.

· Sanitize shoes and bowling balls after each use.

· Sweep all floors as needed, both in bowling areas and all general areas.

· Assist in set-up and execution of special events as scheduled.

· Other duties as assigned.


Salary:  $16.00 an hour plus tips
