Description

Experienced Service Advisor (CDK CRM Preferred)

Fox Toyota Lexus is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our established service team. 

CDK CRM experience is strongly preferred, but not required.


Schedule

  • 5-day work week
  • Alternating days off
  • Saturday availability required

 What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist service customers professionally and efficiently
  • Translate customer concerns into clear repair orders for technicians
  • Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
  • Monitor repair progress and ensure quality and timely completion
  • Present and manage extended warranty services
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain strong CSI scores and follow dealership standards
  • Keep Service Management informed of operational issues

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor required
  • CDK CRM experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with dealership software and systems
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
