ICMS LLC, an innovative Professional and Technical services provider to the Federal Government, is seeking dependable and motivated Custodial Specialist to support a customer facility located in Peoria, IL. We’re searching for an experienced individual who can provide high-quality service, attention to detail, and understands the worth of exceptional customer service. This is an opening for a Full Time 2nd Shift role. Monday - Friday, 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Responsibilities include:
The Custodian cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facility working areas and restrooms, common areas, laboratories, conference room areas, elevators, and lobbies/visitor areas.
Duties involve a combination sweeping, mopping, or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing trash and other refuse; dusting of furniture or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.
Work Product
- Consistent and thorough adherence to cleaning procedures
- Initial and date of daily logs at each restroom, office or laboratory
- Completion and submission of daily work order sheet
- Report observations to Manager gathered during the course of daily job performance
- Supply replenishment requests
Other Qualifications:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to be on time for shifts
- Basic cleaning skills with ability to work with cleaning materials required to disinfect
- (i.e., Industrial disinfectant, industrial sanitizer, bleach/water solutions, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, in addition to following specific, detailed instructions
- Good communication skills
- Close attention to detail
- Individual must be capable of climbing stairs and being on his or her feet for up to 8 hours a day and lift a minimum of 15 pounds
** Experience with flooring restoration a plus.

- Full time 2nd shift (4PM – 12:30AM) and flexible hours
