 Job Details & Requirements:

• Preferred 5+ years of residential painting experience.  
• Ability to climb ladders safely on the home's interior and exterior.  
• Ability to utilize paint tools to professionally paint in a residential environment.  
• Preferred experience operating a paint sprayer  
• Follow daily communication from Lead Painter regarding job specific tasks and instructions 
• Complete assigned tasks each day and communicate results to Lead Painter (may involve interior or exterior paint jobs) 
• Use proper paint materials and equipment 
• Ensure a safe working environment for self, other employees, and customers 
• Prepare each work environment with appropriate equipment to protect customers’ property, furniture, and home 
• Properly clean up after every painting job and properly dispose of any painting materials 
• Arrive on time to job site daily  
• Valid Driver's License 
• Must be able to lift paint equipment  
• Must be able to climb a ladder 
• Must be able to handle light labor
