We are seeking a Powder Coater to become an integral part of our team!

The ideal candidate arrives for work on time and is receptive to learning. He/she takes pride in their work and values being productive and efficient.

As a team member, you will always know where you stand and if standards are met, can be here as long as you desire. We have team members with 40+ years tenure as well as multigeneration.

This position will help with all process of the powder coating process:

• manual wash systems
• sand blasting
• racking
• masking
• application
• curing
• packaging

Opportunities for additional training and increased skill set are available with additional compensation
