General MRO Aerospace (GMA) is a globally recognized FAA 145 Repair Station that specializes in maintenance and repairs of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, fuel and electromechanical aircraft components. We are looking for an hardworking and motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. This role is essential by supporting, assisting and providing comprehensive support with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will answer incoming calls, respond to emails and assist customers with their products. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high-energy level, and is customer-service oriented. Must have strong organizational and problem solving skills, ability to work collaboratively and independently, good general computer skills with MS office such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Aviation experience is a plus however, on the job training will be provided. If you have what it takes to perform this job, then we want you in our team! 


 Essential Duties: 

  • Contact customer via phone, email or site visits
  • Follow up and expedite orders
  • Research and Develop customer expansion
  • Provide Customer Service as needed and other duties as required
  • Create and present reports utilizing Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Maintain quality service by enforcing organizational standards
  • Provide customers with requested information such as paperwork, pictures, updates on work order process, delivery updates, etc.


Requirements

Experience, Skills and Qualification:  


Experience:

  • Professional phone etiquette and language skills
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Must be computer and internet proficient

Skills:

  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral communication skills and good listening skills.
  • Ability to perform focused work with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with others, both in person and through phone, e-mail, and written correspondence.
  • Strong written communication skills. Spelling, sentence structure and writing are essential from creative to professional to technical and more.

Qualification:

  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Customer service experience. (Preferred).
  • Must be able to convey accurate notes and messages
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to travel
