We are looking for people-people, who are energized by creating a positive environment for their co-workers and guests at Tivoli Bowl, a bowling center and underground lounge in the heart of downtown Downers Grove, IL.

Job duties:

• Stock Bar/Fridge/Freezer
• Check on lanes and bar guests to get orders and quality checks
• Coordinate parties and rentals
• Support teammates as needed
• Booking Private Rentals over the phone
• Training teammates
• Count the drawers at open and closing of shifts
• Ensure Open and Closing Checklists are completed
• Inspect side work, quality, cleanliness
• Ensure bathroom cleanliness and stock as needed
• Prepare Handoff Memo for next shift Leader
• Communicate with GM regarding trends, issues, training needs, incident reports, etc.
• Assist with Inventory
• Check in and organize deliveries, Sign for and turn in invoices to GM after inspected receipt of goods.
• Performance evaluations on teams under their purview, in coordination with GM

  Requirements: 

•  Must be 21 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages
•  Hospitality-oriented personality
•  Positive attitude
•  Critical thinking and interpersonal skills
•  Preferred experience (1-2 years) in foodservice or bowling operations leadership
•  Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
•  Have current, or be willing to obtain, Illinois BASSET certification 
•  Have current, or be willing to obtain, (ANSI Accredited) Manager Food Safety certification
