Receptionist duties include:

  • Assists Business Office Manager with administrative tasks including inputting maintenance requests, maintaining inventory of office supplies as well as ordering 
  • Answer phone system and communication system 
  • Greet and assist visitors 
  • Assist with resident maintenance requests 
  • Manage transportation schedule and coordinate  
  • Keep all brochures welcome packets and other material stocked

Requirements

QuaIifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in office management or bookkeeping 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 
  • Must be able to meet all state and local requirements for employment screening, including drug/ background screening and abuse registry where applicable

  • Sincere interest in providing quality and compassionate services for seniors 
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills 
  • Maintain employee and resident confidentiality
