Sales Advisor – Clay Subaru

What You’ll Do:
- Build genuine relationships with customers and guide them through an easy, transparent vehicle-buying experience.
- Listen to customers’ needs and help match them with the right vehicle and budget.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Clearly explain pricing, financing, and vehicle features with honesty and professionalism.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through outstanding customer service.
- Stay current on Subaru products, technology, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Requirements:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar sales role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of financing options and sales process is a plus.
