What You’ll Do
As a Shift Manager, you help keep the restaurant running smoothly. You will:
- Lead and support team members during your shift
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
- Train new employees and reinforce Wendy’s procedures
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ensure orders are accurate, timely, and meet brand expectations
- Help create a positive, fast-paced, and friendly work environment
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least one year of restaurant experience
- Experience leading, organizing, or supervising a team
- Strong skills in customer service, problem solving, and decision making
- The ability to give and receive direction professionally
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Physical & Job Requirements
Shift Managers must be able to:
- Travel to other Wendy’s locations when needed
- Stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Lift 25–50 lbs. occasionally
- Work in various weather conditions (e.g., rain at the drive-thru, taking out trash, etc.)
- Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, grills, and follow all brand standards
