Description
Want to build trucks that turn heads and get the job done? We’re hiring skilled builders to turn bare chassis into custom workhorses.
We specialize in commercial truck upfitting — think flatbeds, service bodies, cranes, lighting, toolboxes, hydraulics, hitches, PTOs, and all the tough gear that makes a truck ready to work. As a Custom Truck Builder, you'll be hands-on assembling and installing everything from liftgates to electrical systems, working on new chassis and custom fleet builds every week.
If you like working with your hands, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be part of a growing team where quality matters — this is your place.
What You’ll Do:
- Install truck bodies, flatbeds, service bodies, dump kits, and custom equipment
- Perform electrical wiring (lighting, switches, trailer plugs, strobes)
- Install hydraulics, cranes, hoists, and PTO systems (training provided)
- Cut, drill, weld, and fabricate parts for clean, functional builds
- Read work orders, blueprints, and build specs
- Inspect and test completed builds for safety and quality
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly pay + overtime
- Day shift schedule (Mon–Fri / 8-5)
- Health insurance, PTO, and benefits
- Clean, well-equipped shop with lifts and specialty tools
