SUMMARY
The mission of the Salesperson is to maximize vehicle sales while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Shows a professional and positive approach towards customers, co-workers and the public at large. e Is self-disciplined and works without constant supervision.
- Cheerfully perform or ensure performance of all activities necessary to improve and maintain the highest possible Dealership Customer Satisfaction level.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge; participate in any and all product training available.
- Set goals for each month's productivity; plan and organize how to reach those goals. Be proactive by seeking new customers through prospecting and referrals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- A valid in-state driver's license with an acceptable driving record according to dealerships guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; well organized and self-motivated.
