Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare upscale salads, wraps, and poolside cuisine in a short-order line manner.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to execute daily specials.
- Take member orders with a friendly and personable demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Collaborate with fun and hospitable co-workers to ensure a positive atmosphere.
- Embrace the unique open kitchen setting to interact with club members.
- Provide a "family-like" guest experience in a beautiful setting at the turn of our golf course.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Availability to work from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm during weekdays and occasional weekend shifts.
- Enthusiastic and friendly personality.
- Culinary and hospitality skills.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
