Service Cashier
Description

The Service Cashier is responsible for accurately processing customer payments for service and parts transactions while providing courteous and efficient customer service. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers and the Service Department, ensuring invoices are finalized correctly, payments are posted accurately, and dealership policies are followed.

Team player, willingness and ability to work within a full spectrum of duties. 


Skill Level:  


Good organization and communication skills; ability to work independently, ability to prioritize, meet

deadlines, and remain calm under pressure, and the ability to work and deal diplomatically with all levels of company personnel and customers. 


Primary Responsibilities: 

  •  Answer phone calls, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously 
  • Identify and direct customers to the appropriate service advisor 
  • Greet visitors and understand purpose of visit to help direct them as needed 
  • Scheduling appointments 
  • Cashiering
  • Other duties as assigned.  
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Automotive Dealership a Plus.
  • Front Desk and Telephone Skills
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Bilingual Preferred.
