About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Setup/Feeders to join our dynamic team.

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM
• Workdays you’ll love: Enjoy early Fridays 
• After the successful completion of 60-Day Introductory Period, new employees may be considered for an a rate increase.

What You’ll Do:
This position plays a crucial role in keeping our production lines moving smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing machines for production by entering the correct data and configurations.
• Feeding raw material into machines for processing.
• Ensuring orders are correctly positioned and sized for seamless operation.
• Coordinating with forklift drivers to minimize machine downtime.
• Cleaning printing formats during active job runs.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Performing additional tasks as required or directed by your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For-
Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• The ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1-2 years of experience working in similar manufacturing roles.

Personal Traits:

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• The ability to thrive in a production environment.
• Good work ethic, including strong attendance standards and being on time. 
• The ability to thrive in a production environment:  Hot and Cold Temps / Standing, Bending, Walking up to 9 Hours
