JJ Nichting has a Student Technician Sponsorship Program available to students wanting to pursue a career in the agriculture service field. 

The Sponsorship Program allows student's to pursue an Associate's degree in Diesel Technology. This program is a combination of work experience and classroom study along with job work study during school sessions and summer breaks. 

• Enrollment is an approved Ag Diesel Technology Program
• Maintain a 2.5 grade point average or higher
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectively
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
