We are currently looking for a General Manager to join our family.
A Corky's General Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
We will expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and our guests have an amazing dining experience:
- Lead your team to provide the best BBQ to our guests – whether they choose dine-in, drive-thru, carry out, or catering
- Provide strong leadership and coordinate daily restaurant operations Front of House and Back of House
- Enhance the guest experience through innovative and create ways to drive the business
- Train and develop team members and managers on an ongoing basis
- Ensure company policies and standards are followed
- Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution
- Calculate and implement accurate food, beverage, labor, supplies, and R&M cost control
- Appraise manager and team member performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Adaptable, flexible, and team-oriented
- A demonstrated career path with progressive management experience with a minimum of five (5) years management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build dynamic and engaging teams

- Proven ability to plan efficiently and delegate effectively
