We’re currently growing our team of Artisans with a Foam Application Specialist. This role is responsible for executing the ReNu Technologies operations service in the field by safely and professionally serving our clients, ensuring ReNu’s services exceed our clients’ expectations. This position requires 100% travel to refinery sites to perform work on project campaigns in the field and planning events.
This is a part-time/variable hour position with project work occurring from March through September. Training will begin in February. Projects are expected to be scarce from October - January.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Travel to and from job sites
· Send in all reimbursable expenses in a timely manner
· Take part in project orientation
· Take and pass all site required safety trainings
· Take part in equipment setup
· Take part in 2-day shadow program with FAS lead
· Perform foam application on both the top and bottom of fin fans
· Observe quality and safety of service throughout projects
· Take part in equipment breakdown
· Provide feedback to supervisor on both positive and negative observations in real time

Minimum Qualifications
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Valid Driver’s License/Identification
· Must have valid US documentation supporting your ability to work in the US
· Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
· Background history must pass all refinery requirements
· Must be able to pass English Competency Test

Working Conditions / Physical Demands
Work will be executed in the field for campaigns. Standard campaign shifts are 12–14-hour workdays, 7 days a week until the campaign is complete, and all demobilization and logistics are complete. Company policy is to take the 14th day of work as a day of rest.
On campaigns you will be required to carry equipment (up to 50 pounds), climb stairs and ladders, and work in inclement weather.
PPE is required at all times while on the job site. This includes FR clothing, hard hat, hearing protection, work boots and safety glasses. Standard PPE will be provided by the company. Some site-specific training may be required to be completed at home/offsite by the due date given to be eligible for project.
Travel Requirements

*In keeping with state laws requiring salary reporting; the compensation for this role is $22-$23/hour and eligible for weekly project bonus based on length of project and overtime. The applicable base pay range will be contingent on the primary work location, the complexity and responsibility of the role, and the candidate’s relevant experience and skills.
