Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trailers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Conduct inspections to ensure trailers are in compliance with safety regulations.
- Repair or replace damaged parts, such as brakes, lights, and tires.
- Weld components as needed.
- Perform tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotation.
- Monday through Friday 7am-5pm. Occasionally some Saturdays.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a trailer mechanic or service technician preferred.
- Strong knowledge of trailer systems and components
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact with drivers.
- Driver's License
- Class A or B CDL preferred, but NOT required.
Salary Description
$18+ Hourly rate based on experience
