Responsible for training, developing and managing a crew, ensuring the delivery of quality services while

achieving set goals for revenue and production through effective management and coordination of personnel,

equipment and facility resources

Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute tasks on work orders with proficiency in the allocated time given and record materials and time to manager upon completion
• Train crew members in all checklist skills
• Communicate effectively with clients and bring questions/ concerns to manager promptly
• Communicate with manager on job progress throughout the day
• Ensure that customers are completely satisfied
• Attend to all factors, positive and negative, that affect team morale, productivity, company and/or department profitability and safety
• Complete all service checks to trucks and equipment
• Understanding and daily execution of the New Garden Way

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in executing all items listed on “GET Team Skills Checklist”
• Must have valid NCDL
• Must have excellent attendance
• Must have good communication skills, be goal oriented, honest and ethical
