District 37 Kitchen & Taphouse is a brand-new restaurant that has opened in North Tonawanda!
We are currently looking for Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide variety of beverages to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing their overall dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, glassware, and garnishes.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying the age and identification of guests and refusing service to intoxicated individuals.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions and operating the point-of-sale system.
- Upsell additional menu items and promote specials or promotions to maximize sales and enhance the guest experience.
- Stay updated on current beverage trends, new products, and industry developments to provide innovative and unique offerings to our guests.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a positive and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and serving beverages.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms.
- Able to lift 80 pounds at a time.

$10.00 per hours plus tips!
