Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is searching for a HVAC Service Technicians to join our Rockwall Team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in maintaining, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC systems 

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
• Educate clients on their heating and air conditioning systems and maintenance requirements.
• Document service performed and recommendations made to client.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
• Develop client rapport by communicating effectively with customers and providing excellent customer      service.

Requirements:

· Current TDLR Registration 

· 3+ years of residential HVAC experience

· Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of and understanding of the HVAC trade

· Valid Texas Driver’s License and clean Driving Record

· Must pass a background check 

· Clean, neat and professional appearance

· Excellent customer service and sales skills

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

· Excellent conflict management skills

· Strong attention to detail and to manage multiple tasks and assignments

· Team player with "can do" attitude

· Good computer skills: knowledge of common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

· Able and willing to work on-call schedule: nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
