Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an
Entry-Level Express Technician at Pilson’s Auto Group. This position is ideal for someone
looking to start their career in automotive service and gain hands-on experience in a dealership
environment. As an Express Technician, you will play a key role in performing routine vehicle
maintenance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Bonus: Up to $2,000.00 depending upon education and experience.
Up your game! Pilson will assist in paying for your automotive technician education and training
programs.
Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes and lubrication services efficiently and accurately.
Rotate tires and inspect tire condition.
Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.
Replace filters, belts, and other minor vehicle components.
Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs as needed.
Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines for vehicle servicing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools.
Complete service and repair paperwork accurately and promptly.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and other team members.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Education/Experience:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred certificate from college, technical school,
or factory apprentice program; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
