Summary:

This position provides care, supervision and training for consumers within F.I.’s Group Day Supports and Activities Program at the Life Skills Center. Performance of duties reflects Flathead Industries’ Mission of “Creating Opportunities for People with Disabilities”.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm 

· This Position requires education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma; completion of our training program

· You must possess a valid Montana Driver’s License and be insurable for operation of company vehicles. You must be able and willing to transport consumers.

· You must be capable of giving, receiving, interpreting and applying, verbal and/or written instructions and directions. You must possess good work habits including, but not limited to, honesty, punctuality, and the ability to manage time and information.

· You must be able to safely lift or manipulate up to 25 pounds and face challenges in the work area with enthusiasm and common sense.

· This position also requires an understanding of effective teamwork, and the sharing of responsibilities and ideas.
