Fred F. Collis & Sons has been providing energy performance solutions to the greater Mohawk Valley area for over 89 years! We are seeking spray foam and blown-in cellulose insulation installers to support the continued growth of our operations.  If you have worked in the trades in any capacity and you're looking for a rewarding career that helps people save energy and money on their utility bills - this could be the opportunity for you.  For those without prior insulation experience, if you have a desire to learn the trade - we will happily train you! 

Job Overview:

• Perform AND manage weatherization work safely, effectively, and efficiently. This includes insulating walls, attics, and basements.
• Associates will be expected to properly and professionally represent Fred F. Collis & Sons - maintaining the company's high standards of excellence and craftsmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driver's license is required

• Experience with insulation like cellulose or spray foam is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• BPI Certification, Manufacturer Certification or previous insulation/weatherization experience is a plus.
• Basic Hand tools required.

Pay is dependent on experience and ranges from $18 - $25/hour.
