Description

DMV Title Clerk is a full-time regular position responsible for processing and filling paperwork to transfer ownership of sold units, process registration and title transfers , verify and maintain accurate records of DMV items, work with sales and office department to ensure timely completion of paperwork, and stay up to date with DMV regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.  Reconcile month end schedules as assigned. Others duties as assigned by Office Manager.


Automotive Experience Required

Requirements
  • Automotive DMV experience required
  • Strong knowledge of DMV procedures
  • Daily attendance is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be energetic, work well independently, strong reconciliation skills
  • Maintains professional appearance
  • Maintain current and precise records.
  • Dealertrack experience a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Automotive Accounting preferred

The DMV Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $30.00 and $37.00 based on experience.
