Maintenance Technician: Full Time Days, some evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities and Functions:
- Works under the supervision of the Facilities Director.
- Some electrical, plumbing
- Snow shoveling, salting
- Repairing walls/painting
- Empty trash from courtyard, pick up and litter or debris on premises. Pick up recycling
- Put away stock on loading deck
- Deliver stock to closets
- Clean front entrance including leaves or any other debris
- Landscaping, trim bushes, mulch gardens
- Replace light bulbs
- Replace ceiling tiles
- Monthly maintenance on equipment in boiler room, kitchen, laundry, beauty shop, generator, bathroom vents, shower drains, heaters and A/C filters, roof drains and fans
- Other duties as assigned
- Helps with new admissions or room moves/changes
- Work hours as scheduled by supervisor
