Harvest Restaurant Group is seeking an Executive Chef who is passionate about the culinary industry! Here true hospitality and a menu of prime steaks, fresh seafood and modern American cuisine are proudly served in familiar, yet exciting atmosphere!

Requirements

4+ years of Executive Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.

Experience in an American Tavern concept is strongly preferred.

The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.

Strong broiler skills are required.

An excellent attention to detail.
