What You Will Be Doing:
EMA is looking for an experienced consultant to enhance our active Business Development team. You will play an integral role in creating and sustaining client relationships across all aspects of EMA’s technology and management consulting business. You will develop and implement plans to generate business from new and existing clients and collaborate with other team members to leverage coverage of markets and geographies. Your knowledge of water and wastewater utility best practices and empathy for water sector challenges will help you to identify opportunities for clients to use data and systems to make better decisions, streamline processes and build organizational capabilities. You will build your skills by working with and learning from experienced subject matter experts, while at the same time, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives to projects and developing innovative solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree, PE license, PMP and other industry certifications is are desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the water and wastewater sector, with some experience in consulting and business development preferred.
