CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Kilter Termite and Pest Control is hiring Customer Service Representatives!

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Work Location: In person
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays

Position Summary

Kilter Termite and Pest Control is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Our CSRs play an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers from the first phone call through completion of service. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, communicates professionally, stays organized in a fast-paced office, and is comfortable handling multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with scheduling, account questions, service information, and general concerns
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments
• Provide accurate information and excellent customer service by phone and in person
• Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
• Maintain organized customer records and documentation
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
• Manage correspondence and follow up with customers as needed
• Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and other team members
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude
• Provide bilingual customer support when applicable

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office environment
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, or similar business applications
• Ability to learn new software and company systems
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual skills are highly valued but not required

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Graduate.
• Must have phone experience, outbound calls & heavy inbound calls.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• Must be proficient in the English language.
• Must be tactful, considerate and courteous to all customers and coworkers.
• Must possess an ability to achieve and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction..
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Previous Account Receivable and Collection experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to work and ready to learn.
