Job Title: Restaurant Shift Leader

Our restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience while leading a team of 4-10 employees. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience

- Lead a team of 4-10 employees

- Train and develop team members

- Manage inventory and ordering

- Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Ability to work nights and weekends

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Guest experience focused

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
