Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Duties associated with the operation of payment processing including accepting payments and completing deposits.
  • Assists the office manager in the preparation of monthly fiscal reports in the respective area.
  • Processes and ensures all fiscal forms are accurate, complete and are accompanied with appropriate required attachments.
  • General office and clerical responsibilities including answering incoming phone calls, filing and scanning.
  • Maintain security of cash funds and drawer.
  • Answer incoming calls.

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Computer skills including email and internet.
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
