E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a CI Specialist to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO in support of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). NORAD is a United States and Canada bi-national organization charged with the missions of aerospace warning, aerospace control and maritime warning for North America. Aerospace warning includes the detection, validation, and warning of attack against North America whether by aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles, through mutual support arrangements with other commands. 

  

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for producing all-source, in-depth analysis of counterintelligence pertaining to foreign intelligence activities that threaten U.S. critical infrastructure and Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) Information Operations (IO) efforts. 
  • Researches, plans, prepares, integrates and publishes complex all-source studies, papers, briefings, and assessments in coordination with other Agency elements and Intelligence Community (IC) components on foreign intelligence capability.
  • Performs extensive research and analysis of foreign intelligence and counterintelligence capabilities, activities and programs. 
  • Coordinates, monitors, and integrates valid intelligence while ensuring timely, comprehensive and accurate responses. 
  • Identifies significant intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluates resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements and determines analytical approach to incorporate collected data into all-source production. 
  • May be required to provide counterintelligence analysis support to Special Access Programs, investigations, or operations
  • Serves as a team member on command-wide, multi-disciplinary efforts that involve counterintelligence and foreign intelligence issues. 
  • Inform decision-makers in briefings on counterintelligence and foreign intelligence threats and activities. 
  • Develops and maintains liaison with counterparts within the command, other national intelligence agencies, and components of U.S. commands to coordinate intelligence assessments. 
  • Interacts with customers to understand as well as to anticipate their requirements. 
  • Represents the command at conferences, working groups, meetings and exercises.
  • Provide support to overall counterintelligence/HUMlNT activities as required by J2X leadership. 
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.  
  • At least 12 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of experience within the last 2 years or, specialized training & 17 years subject matter experience.  
  • Data analysis skills and proven organizational abilities to analyze large amounts of data and provide senior level (general officer) products.  
  • Experience in researching, developing, and writing on further analytic processes to inform analysis, operations, collection postures, coordination within the community and provide increased decision space to DOD, Service, and/or CCMD leadership. 
  • Demonstrated experience in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point). Aptitude to learn new toolsets associated with daily duties.  
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. 
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the appropriate level

  • Experience working with IC partners and/or Cl agents.
  • Experience working with FVEY partners
  • Experience researching and writing intelligence reports.
  • Experience supporting multinational customers.
  • Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
