Jim Shorkey Gainesville Nissan is hiring for a Service Advisor to join our team! If you are a highly motivated individual that can multitask and provide excellent customer service, then we want you! As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their automotive service needs and making it a great experience. 


Job Responsibilities:  

  • Greeting our customers
  • Actively listening to customers needs and scheduling appointments when needed
  • Consulting mechanics regarding necessary repairs
  • Providing customers with information and advice on their vehicle
  • Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell of provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to our customers
  • Maintaining positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business

Requirements
  • You must be able to explain repairs in simple terms to their customers, while also being able to understand technical jargon in order to effectively communicate with technicians.
  • Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.
  • Be organized, professional and courteous
  • Must have excellent KPI and customer services 
  • Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
