We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support AR functions for multiple dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily sales payments accurately (cash, checks, credit cards).
• Reconcile Parts & Service Cash Clearing daily, ensuring no aged items remain.
• Reconcile and maintain AR schedules, warranty schedules, NSF/chargeback schedules, and deposits documentation.
• Send monthly AR statements; perform consistent follow-up on past-due balances.
• Support cash-handling controls including deposit cutoff timing and compliance documentation.
• Prepare and reconcile Vehicle Deposits daily and ensure DMS accuracy.
• Support Form 8300 processing as required.

Qualifications

• Accounts Receivable experience 
• Automotive dealership AR experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership programs such as CDK or Tekion preferred.
• Strong accuracy, documentation, and reconciliation skills.
• Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, filters, aging review).
