Receptionist $17-$19
Description

To greet all incoming employees, guests, visitors and staff and help them with directions or information they may need while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.  Receptionist will be required to professionally answer phone calls and forward or direct calls to the respective department. You will also need to perform various front desk duties including filing, data entry, and assist the Human Resource department in various tasks.


Responsibilities:

-Greet guests, visitors and staff members and determine their needs.

-Answer and screen incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of calls and refer or forward to appropriate departments.

-Schedule appointments, maintain and update calendars and send reminders to respective personnel.

-Compose and type correspondence.

-Sort and distribute payroll checks.

-Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

-Assist with new hire onboarding and employee training.

-Assist schedulers with monitoring employee call-in absences.

-Assist with other duties as assigned by Human Resources personnel while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.





Requirements

Requirements:

-1+ years of related office experience

-Solid working knowledge of a computer, internet and MS Office (G-Suite preferred but not required)

-Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills

-Ability to work as part of a team and/or independently as needed

-Ability to follow auditory and written instructions

-Flexible schedule during peak and/or off seasons.

Physical Requirements:

-Prolonged sitting or standing up to 6 hours.

-Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

This position is a variable hour position with some seasonal off times, to be discussed during the pre-screen process.
