We are looking for a highly motivated and responsible full time Paralegal who wants to continue to elevate our performance, with hands on high-quality full life cycle of bid opportunities and proposal responses. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full life cycle of the bid process.
  • Pro-actively research and identify bid opportunities that support the company’s interest and growth.
  • Summarize bid opportunities for evaluation by senior leadership.
  • Closely monitor viable bid opportunities for any changes or amendments.
  • Review government federal acquisition regulations specified within the bid to ensure compliance.
  • Compose draft response, make final edits, and prepare response for final submission.
  • Own the proposal development process to ensure accurate, on-time delivery of compelling, compliant, and well-written solution.
  • Collaborate with division leaders to create viable solutions.
  • Accomplish outcomes with logical and methodical approach.
  • Manage bid responses and supporting files electronically for organized and efficient bid management.
  • Examine and identify areas in the bid that create potential liability exposure for the company.
  • Work with final bid production support to ensure professional responses are consistently delivered.
  • Track and follow-up communication with agency Point of Contact to ensure receipt of final submission.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of demonstrated understanding and experience writing bid responses for government contracts - preferred
  • Must be a self-starter and display initiative 
  • High level skills in being independently responsible for outcomes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Extraordinary attention to detail (at the minutia level), while maintaining high standards of work quality
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), and Adobe
  • Able to work under pressure and in a in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to ensure deadlines are met with a “can-do” attitude
